Wareham had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 70-66 W against the Bishop Stang Spartans. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Vikings' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 16th, while the Spartans are ranked 78th).

Wareham's victory bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Bishop Stang, they dropped their record down to 11-8 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

As of now, neither Wareham nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
