It's playoff time, and Ramapo had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Montville Mustangs on Thursday as they made off with an 8-2 win. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six runs or more this season.

Ramapo has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Montville, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 12-14 record.

Looking ahead, Ramapo will square off against Wayne Hills on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Raiders 3.9, the Patriots 3.3) so any runs scored will be well earned. Montville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
