Soccer Recap: Hillsdale Comes Up Short

Hillsdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Dundee Vikings. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Hillsdale of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Hillsdale's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Dundee, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hillsdale will head out to square off against Onsted at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Dundee, they will challenge Blissfield at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Dundee will be up against Blissfield's rather soft defense (which has allowed 6.57 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
