Cal Shields Game Report: vs Mounds

Cal Shields gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Friday. Nobody could stop him as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in seven consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Shields and Stroud will venture away from home to take on Kellyville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Ponies will enter the matchup having just beaten Dewey, so the Tigers will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
