Southlake Carroll had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Highland Park Scots by a score of 2-0. The Dragons were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Scots, so the Dragons were just returning the favor.

Southlake Carroll's offense was headlined by Layla Austin and Kinsley Young, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Emma Eyster and her 12 assists. Audree Hughes controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Southlake Carroll's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Highland Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.

Southlake Carroll didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Hockaday on the 14th. As for Highland Park, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against The Woodlands on the 14th.
