San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Merkel Badgers. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Badgers, too.

While San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-23, 25-21.

Jett Harvey paced San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy's offense, picking up nine kills. Harvey got some help from Mia Lopez and her 14 assists. Aubriella Brefo controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
