After a string of three wins, Arcanum's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 49-42 to the Milton-Union Bulldogs. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Arcanum lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Cameron Ball, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 boards. Another player making a difference was Charlie Weiss, who posted ten points and three steals.

Milton-Union found their leader in sophomore Levi Brumbaugh, who went 6 for 10 en route to 18 points. Those 18 points set a new season-high mark for Brumbaugh. Will Johns was another key player, putting up six points.

Arcanum's defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-6. As for Milton-Union, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-12 record.

Arcanum will venture away from home to take on Franklin Monroe at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Arcanum is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.9 points per game this season. Milton-Union has already played their next contest (against Covington), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
