Volleyball Recap: Loganville Christian Academy's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

Loganville Christian Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the South Effingham Mustangs by a score of 2-1. The matchup marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Maddie Husband paced Loganville Christian Academy's offense, picking up ten kills. Husband got some help from Summer Shambo and her 22 assists. Husband was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Having lost for the first time this season, Loganville Christian Academy fell to 5-1. As for South Effingham, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.

Loganville Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Lakeview Academy on the 12th. As for South Effingham, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Brookstone on the 9th.
