There's no place like home for Stevens Point, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Eau Claire North Huskies 49-21. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 21 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Eau Claire North lost, don't look at Zach Shipman. Despite the final result, he rushed for 55 yards and one TD, and also threw for 159 yards and one touchdown on only 15 passes.

Stevens Point's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Eau Claire North, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.
