It's playoff time, and Malad had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Grangeville Bulldogs by a score of 48-36 on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Dragons as they're now sitting on 24 straight.

Despite the loss, Grangeville still got an impressive performance from Addisyn Vanderwall, who posted nine points along with seven boards and four steals. The dominant performance also gave Vanderwall a new career-high in blocks (three). Autumn Long was another key player, putting up seven points.

Malad's victory bumped their record up to 24-1. As for Grangeville, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 18-7.

Malad has already played their next game, a 58-55 loss against Parma on the 22nd. As for Grangeville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-47 defeat against Melba on the 22nd.
