Baseball Recap: Lloyd Memorial Victorious

Lloyd Memorial won the last time they faced Villa Madonna and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Juggernauts skirted past the Vikings 4-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Juggernauts.

Hayden Hungler was excellent, going 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high.

Lloyd Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Villa Madonna, their loss dropped their record down to 12-11-1.

Coming up, Lloyd Memorial will head out to face off against Boone County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Juggernauts are facing the Rebels at the right time seeing as the Rebels are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Villa Madonna, they will square off against Holy Cross at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
