Edison lost to Indian Creek on September 2nd, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Wildcats came out on top against the Redskins by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

The victory didn't come easy: Indian Creek scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-27, 27-25, 25-23.

Edison's offense was headlined by Aliya Glover and Graclynn Dray, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Sophia Henderson and her 28 assists. Mimi Ault controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Indian Creek's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Abbey Pendleton, who had 12 digs and three aces. TyLee Spencer was another key player, getting ten digs and two aces.

Edison's win bumped their record up to 4-13. As for Indian Creek, they dropped their record down to 4-11 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edison will head out to square off against Harrison Central at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Indian Creek, they will venture away from home to challenge East Liverpool at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
