Volleyball Recap: Gloucester Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Gloucester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the New Kent Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Gloucester took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-16, 25-17.

Gloucester's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for New Kent, they pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Gloucester will face off against rival Jamestown at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, New Kent is set to challenge their familiar foe Poquoson at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
