Beaver Dam has gone 8-2 against Waunakee recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Golden Beavers will head out to take on the Warriors at 5:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Beaver Dam has three straight wins, Waunakee has nine straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Friday, Beaver Dam was able to grind out a solid victory over Hartford, taking the game 11-7.

The team relied heavily on Mady Bryant, who scored a run while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Kendall Fakes, who scored a run while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances.

Beaver Dam hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters every time they've taken the field this season.

Meanwhile, Waunakee suffered their closest defeat since April 25, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of Menomonie by a score of 12-10.

Waunakee saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryla Ripp, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.

Waunakee's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Beaver Dam, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Everything went Beaver Dam's way against Waunakee when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Beaver Dam made off with a 6-0 victory. Will the Golden Beavers repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
