Softball Recap: Downers Grove South Mustangs vs. Downers Grove North Trojans
Downers Grove South had lost three straight at home, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 11-16 to make it four. They came up short against the Downers Grove North Trojans, falling 13-3. If the Mustangs were looking for revenge after losing 6-3 to the Trojans when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Jacklyn Meyers and Victoria Colorato stepped up to the plate in a big way. Meyers went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI, while Colorato went 2-for-3 with two doubles and one run.
