The Winfield Vikings lost against the Arkansas City Bulldogs back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Winfield was beaten by Arkansas City 59-26. Winfield was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-17.

Leading Arkansas City to victory were Kierslynn Waggoner and Saliyah Johnson. Waggoner went 6 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 19 points and 0 assists, while Johnson scored 15 points along with 7 assists and 7 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Waggoner has scored at least 25% of Arkansas City's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Savannah Phillips, who scored 13 points along with 4 steals.
