Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Palmview). They walked away with a 6-4 win over the Nixon Mustangs on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Lobos needed considering they were shutout in their previous game.

Palmview is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those five matchups. As for Nixon, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Palmview will be playing at home against Rio Grande City at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Nixon has already played their next game (against Mission Veterans Memorial), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
