Baseball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Divine Child Falcons. That's two games in a row now that the Trail Blazers have lost by exactly three runs.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 19-19. As for Divine Child, they pushed their record up to 20-10 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Central beat the Falcons by a score of 10-2 on Friday.
