Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marion). Everything went their way against the Mesick Bulldogs on Friday as they made off with a 19-4 win. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won six in a row.

Marion's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.3 runs over those games. As for Mesick, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Marion nor Mesick have any future games scheduled.
