Taos had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on October 7th.

One reason for the win was Taos' just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-21, 25-18.

Taos' win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Pojoaque Valley, their loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-18.
