Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Clayton Philips: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He picked up four sacks and made 11 total tackles (7.0 for loss), helping propel Citizens Christian Academy past Grace Christian Academy by a score of 44-6. We hope Friday's game is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Coming up, Philips and Citizens Christian Academy will challenge Georgia Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Generals will enter the matchup having just beaten Covenant Academy, so the Patriots will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
