Volleyball Recap: Jonesboro Gets the Win

Jonesboro won the last time they faced Dutchtown and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cardinals walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bulldogs.

Jonesboro easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-18.

The victory got Jonesboro back to even at 1-1. As for Dutchtown, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Jonesboro's homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Elite Scholars Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Dutchtown, they will take on Eastside at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
