Volleyball Recap: Chilton County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Chilton County lost against McAdory back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Tigers fell just short of the Yellowjackets by a score of 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Chilton County sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 21-25, 15-10.

Amanda Becker paced Chilton County's offense, picking up seven kills. Becker got some help from Addison Tignor and her 15 assists. MaKyla Gibson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Chilton County's defeat dropped their record down to 20-13. As for McAdory, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-11 record this season.

Chilton County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Leeds on the 8th. As for McAdory, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Hueytown on the 15th.
