Football Recap: Hatch Comes Up Short on the Road Against Holt

Hatch had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. The contest between the Bobcats and the Holt Ironmen didn't end well, with the Bobcats falling 22-8. The Bobcats lost against the Ironmen in their previous head to head back in August of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 41-6 score last time.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hatch will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Wilcox Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Holt, they will challenge Holy Spirit Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
