Wilson Prep waltzed into their match on Tuesday with 16 straight wins... but they left with 17. They took down the Warren County Eagles 70-51. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 59-42 victory last Wednesday.

Wilson Prep's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kaiden Brown, who went 10-for-17 on her way to 26 points and seven rebounds. The contest was Brown's fourth in a row with at least 15 points. Paris Best was another key player, going 8-for-17 en route to 20 points in addition to six assists and six steals.

Wilson Prep smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in December of 2024.

Warren County lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Mariah Harris, who went 7-for-15 to rack up 18 points and five boards. She has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played. Another player making a difference was Amari Freeman, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 12 rebounds.

Wilson Prep's victory was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 23-1. As for Warren County, their record now sits at 13-10.
