Baseball Recap: Pacelli Wins Going Away Against Regis

Pacelli had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 12-run drubbing they dealt Regis on Saturday. The Cardinals never let the Ramblers get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. That 12 run margin sets a new team best for the Cardinals this season.

Lucas Haemmerle was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over five innings pitched. Haemmerle was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jaden Garski, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. That stolen base was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Keltin Opper, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.
