Max Mason put up the most hits he's had since back in February on Thursday. He scored three runs while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single earned run, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in March of 2024.

Coming up, Mason and John Paul II Catholic will face off against Wake Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
