Volleyball Recap: Johnson Warriors vs. Rosemont Wolverines
Johnson had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Rosemont Wolverines on Monday.
Johnson was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 25 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 13-25, 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.
Keegan Chow paced Johnson's offense, picking up eight kills. Chow got some help from Evin Vang and his four assists. Finally, Isaiah Patterson kept Johnson's defense grounded, leading the team with six blocks.
Johnson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Kennedy on the 25th. As for Rosemont, they will square off against El Camino at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Rosemont is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak dating back to last season.
