Volleyball Recap: Dutchtown Takes a Loss

Dutchtown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Landmark Christian War Eagles. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the War Eagles when the teams met back in September of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Dutchtown may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 12 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-12.

Dutchtown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Landmark Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Dutchtown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Eastside on the 12th. As for Landmark Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Sandy Creek on the 9th.
