Basketball Recap: Kendall Schrock's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond over Westville

Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond and Westville squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond had to settle for second. They took a 62-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westville Tigers. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2017.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kendall Schrock, who to rack up 20 points. Marcus Otto was another key player, on his way to 13 points and five rebounds.

Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond's defeat dropped their record down to 9-21. As for Westville, their victory bumped their record up to 26-6.

As of now, neither Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond nor Westville have any future games scheduled.
