Softball Recap: Bluffton Comes Up Short

Bluffton lost to Norwell back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tigers fell 7-3 to the Knights. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kierstynn Reed was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one run and one double.

Bluffton's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Norwell, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4.

Looking ahead, Bluffton will challenge Northfield at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Norwell, they will face off against Fort Wayne Northrop at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will need to watch out since the Bruins have now posted at least ten runs in their last six games.
