Baseball Recap: Parkdale Comes Up Short

Parkdale made up a huge gap compared to their last game against High Point, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Panthers fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 6-4 on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

Parkdale's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for High Point, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 14-2.

As of now, neither Parkdale nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
