Adding to the longest winning streak in Garden Grove this week, Garden Grove beat Orange 42-10. The win marks 11th in a row for the the Argonauts.

Rancho Alamitos lost to Westminster 40-3 last week, the largest margin of any game. Steven Espino was a bright spot for the Vaqueros, as he in the loss.

Josh Labossiere was a key player and the best on defense this week as Rancho Alamitos lost to the Lions. The 5-foot-8 junior nabbed 1 interception.

Moby Contreras was a passing and rushing force as Los Amigos beat Estancia. Contreras' key target this week was Alex Ocegueda, who caught 4 passes for 28 yards.

Contreras was a beast in the backfield as the Lobos bested the Eagles.

Contreras was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 224 yards on 20 carries as Los Amigos bested the Panthers. Anthony Magana also contributed to the rushing game with 84 yards on the ground.

Willy Puga's team's Angel Martinez and Christian have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-11 quarterback Martinez has thrown for 1,718 yards this season, while Christian has 31 catches for 615 yards. Jose Olvera from Carl Agnew's team leads the league in rushing with 1,367 yards.

In 166 carries Armando Ahumada has accumulated 946 yard this year.

The Lobos made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,960 from 8,097. The improvement was largely due to a 33-12 victory over Estancia last week.
