Football Game Preview: Springdale Bulldogs vs. Bentonville Tigers + How To Watch

Springdale hasn't had much luck against Bentonville recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Bulldogs will square off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Springdale has given up an average of 38.9 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Springdale is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Fayetteville on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Springdale lost 52-28 to Fayetteville. While losing is never fun, Springdale can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas football rankings (they are ranked 43rd, while Fayetteville is ranked tenth).

Meanwhile, Bentonville put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They had just enough and edged out Rogers 31-28. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tigers have posted since November 29, 2024.

Springdale's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Bentonville, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0.

Springdale was taken down by Bentonville 38-0 in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. Can the Bulldogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
