Basketball Recap: Hallsville Takes a Loss

Hallsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 41-26 to the Versailles Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Indians of the 46-40 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2023.

Hallsville's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Versailles, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 12-7.

Hallsville has already played their next match, a 50-19 defeat against Southern Boone on the 13th. As for Versailles, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-39 loss against Vienna on the 13th.
