Basketball Recap: Butte Central Catholic Comes Up Short

Butte Central Catholic lost against Corvallis back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Butte Central Catholic Maroons fell to the Corvallis Blue Devils 45-41. The Maroons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Butte Central Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Corvallis, their win bumped their record up to 5-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Butte Central Catholic will square off against East Helena on Tuesday. Butte Central Catholic is facing East Helena at the right time seeing as East Helena is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Corvallis, they will face off against Hamilton at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Corvallis will also cruise into their next matchup with the timing on their side: Hamilton will have lost three straight heading into Thursday's game.
