Basketball Recap: George C. Marshall Takes a Loss

After soaring to 63 points the game before, George C. Marshall was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They took a 39-23 bruising from the Langley Saxons. The Statesmen have struggled against the Saxons recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

George C. Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Langley, they pushed their record up to 18-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

George C. Marshall does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Langley, they will head out on the road to face off against McLean at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
