Softball Recap: Mountain Crest Takes a Loss

Mountain Crest managed to slip by Bear River the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Mountain Crest came up short against Bear River on Tuesday, falling 20-3. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mountain Crest saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sage Walker, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI.

Mountain Crest's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Bear River, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.

Coming up, Mountain Crest will host Fremont at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bear River, they will face off against Syracuse at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
