Basketball Recap: Lumen Christi Takes a Loss

Lumen Christi was the 71-31 winner over Susitna Valley when they last played one another back in February of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Lumen Christi Archangels fell 59-52 to the Susitna Valley Rams on Saturday. The Archangels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lumen Christi's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Susitna Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Redington the next time they take the court. Susitna Valley will head out to face Redington at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, while Lumen Christi will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
