Last Tuesday, Plaza Heights Christian Academy earned a 12-9 win over Central Missouri HomeSchool. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Saints: they've now won six in a row.

Owen Patterson was a standout: he scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Scottie Cutbirth Jr. was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, The Daniel Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener back in March. They blew past Heartland 7-1.

The win got Plaza Heights Christian Academy back to even at 2-2. As for The Daniel Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
