Basketball Recap: Livingston Collegiate Academy Takes a Loss

Livingston Collegiate Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were dealt a 58-17 defeat at the hands of the Frederick A. Douglass Bobcats. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 347th, while the Bobcats are ranked 46th).

Livingston Collegiate Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Frederick A. Douglass, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-4.

Livingston Collegiate Academy has already played their next match, a 49-41 defeat against L.W. Higgins on the 9th. As for Frederick A. Douglass, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 60-39 victory against Bogalusa on the 9th.
