Football Recap: East St. John Comes Up Short on the Road Against St. James

East St. John had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a blow against St. James, falling 49-12. The result was an unpleasant reminder to East St. John of the 20-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Looking ahead, East St. John will welcome St. Augustine at 7:00 p.m. on the 13th. As for St. James, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will square off against West St. John at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
