Baseball Recap: Grayslake North Comes Up Short

Grayslake North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the Grant Community Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat on Thursday.

Grayslake North's loss dropped their record down to 6-25. As for Grant Community, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grayslake North will challenge Woodstock at 11:00 a.m. on Monday. As for Grant Community, they will take on Deerfield at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
