Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chambers). They really took it to the West Mecklenburg Hawks for the full four quarters, racking up a 102-29 win. With the Cougars ahead 65-17 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Chambers' win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cameron Thompson, who dropped a triple-double on ten points, ten boards, and ten steals. Those ten steals gave Thompson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Zyon White, who posted 17 points and five steals.

Chambers was working as a unit and finished the game with 27 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The victory got Chambers back to even at 4-4. As for West Mecklenburg, their loss was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chambers will host Hough at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Chambers is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 65 points per game this season. As for West Mecklenburg, they will welcome West Charlotte at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. West Mecklenburg is facing West Charlotte at the right time seeing as West Charlotte is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
