Reader scored a full 63% of St. Edward's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Marcos Paez was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 3 steals and 3 blocks.
Micah Perdew had an outrageously good game for Nebraska Christian as he scored 30 points along with 9 rebounds and 4 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Perdew has scored at least 25% of Nebraska Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Falk, who scored 4 points along with 12 rebounds.
St. Edward's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Nebraska Christian, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
