Volleyball Recap: Prattville Christian Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Prattville Christian Academy lost against Montgomery Catholic back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers fell just short of the Knights by a score of 3-2. While the Panthers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Knights 25-19 in the first set.

Prattville Christian Academy took Montgomery Catholic into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking two-point loss. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-13, 25-23, 16-25, 15-13.

Maren Diefenderfer paced Prattville Christian Academy's offense, picking up 11 kills. Diefenderfer got some help from Baylee Rogers and her 32 assists. Aiden Williams and Morgan Fowler kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Prattville Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-1. As for Montgomery Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
