Volleyball Recap: Washington-Liberty Takes a Loss

Washington-Liberty was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the George C. Marshall Statesmen. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Generals have suffered against the Statesmen since September 7, 2023.

Washington-Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14-1. As for George C. Marshall, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Washington-Liberty will take on Oakton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for George C. Marshall, they will face off against Langley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
