Soccer Game Preview: Holy Family vs. Skyline + Official Tickets

The Holy Family Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Skyline Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Holy Family is likely headed into the match with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Silver Creek on Saturday. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the Raptors. Holy Family haven't had much luck with Silver Creek recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Skyline's offense. They came up short against Silver Creek on Wednesday, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, Skyline can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 157th, while Silver Creek are ranked 12th).

Holy Family's loss dropped their record down to 6-6-1. As for Skyline, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9-1.

Holy Family took their victory against Skyline in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 5-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
