Sabino waltzed into their contest  on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Marana Tigers by a score of  11-7. This was a revenge game for the Sabercats: when they faced off against the Tigers  two weeks ago, they had to take a  7-2  loss.
 Avery Nielson was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out 11 batters over  5.1 innings while giving up  four earned  (and two unearned) runs off   four  hits. Nielson was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with one  home run, two  RBI,  and one  double.
 In other batting news,  Alannis Ochoa was  excellent,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4. She also put up a  double, which was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Alyssa Aguirre, who  went 3-for-4 with one  double.
 Sabino  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. They are  a perfect 4-0 when  they post 11 or more  hits.
Sabino's victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 7-9. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Marana, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-7 record  this season.
 Sabino didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  a  17-2  victory against Cholla on the 26th. As for Marana, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  contest,  a  7-2  defeat against Mountain View on the 31st.
