It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Olympian had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Coastal Academy Stingrays with a sharp 7-1 win. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.
Alexandra Perez tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out nine over six innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in ten consecutive appearances.
